For 180 you will need a vl36 turbo (the stock vl37 doesn't like going over ~150). 150% power increase ..should be considered pretty mad. From all the other mods.. just do the intercooler and maybe the exhaust. For turbo noise, you can achieve the PSShhhttt noise really easy with no costs. just 1 pet bottle cap.
There isn't a straight swap for the mjet, you can either get the standard turbo converted to a hybrid for around 90 - 1000, or you could get a custom manifold, an off the shelf larger turbo, then a custom downpipe to match, would cost around 2000 - 2500. With a different turbo you would need a remap to go with it.
