Like the other guy said though, I wanna have two copies of the same character, one for PVP and one just to level up. Uplaoad your save files into cloud (don't overwrite Male a new one) Yes you can do this but I would suggest using a USB instead of the cloud. The default PS5 setting is to automatically save to the cloud to keep an accurate backup.

So it should work. Yes ps5 will play ps4 games. Of course that means patches as well. The console natively supports PS4 games. It supports base PS4 "legacy" mode, and PS4 Pro mode. It is backwards compatible. They both will still use the same servers. Of course the game will allow patches to be downloaded.
